Ava: “The guilty person is one of Ava, Eli or Nora.”
Eli: “Eli is innocent.”
Nora: “The guilty person is either Ava or Eli.”
Miles: “The guilty person is either Eli or Nora.”
Zoe: “None of Nora, Miles or Zoe is guilty.”
Random case Solution: Eli is guilty. Testing each possible culprit leaves this as the only assignment where the culprit's statement is false and all four innocent statements are true.
