Isla: “Neither Isla nor Eva is guilty.”
Sam: “The guilty person is either Isla or Cole.”
Freya: “The guilty person is either Cole or Eva.”
Cole: “The guilty person is one of Isla, Sam or Eva.”
Eva: “The guilty person is either Freya or Cole.”
Random case Solution: Cole is guilty. Testing each possible culprit leaves this as the only assignment where the culprit's statement is false and all four innocent statements are true.
