The Missing Painting

Easy

A framed artwork disappeared from a private hallway.

Rule: exactly one suspect is guilty. The guilty suspect lies. Every innocent suspect tells the truth.
Logan

“Marley is innocent.”

Quinn

“Neither Kai nor Marley is guilty.”

Kai

“Quinn is innocent.”

Blake

“Either Logan or Quinn is guilty.”

Marley

“Blake is guilty.”

Who is guilty?

Solution: Blake

If Blake is guilty, Blake's statement is false and every other statement is true. Testing the other suspects creates at least one contradiction.
