Ava: “The guilty person is either Nora or Zoe.”
Eli: “Neither Ava nor Miles is guilty.”
Nora: “None of Ava, Nora or Miles is guilty.”
Miles: “The guilty person is either Ava or Zoe.”
Zoe: “The guilty person is either Nora or Miles.”
Random case Solution: Zoe is guilty. Testing each possible culprit leaves this as the only assignment where the culprit's statement is false and all four innocent statements are true.
