“Neither Rowan nor Morgan is guilty.”

“Rowan and Morgan are both innocent.”

“Harper is guilty.”

Solution: Logan
If Logan is guilty, Logan's statement is false and every other statement is true. Testing the other suspects creates at least one contradiction.
