Eli: “The guilty person is either Ava or Miles.”
Nora: “Neither Miles nor Zoe is guilty.”
Miles: “None of Ava, Nora or Zoe is guilty.”
Zoe: “The guilty person is one of Eli, Miles or Zoe.”
Random case Solution: Eli is guilty. Testing each possible culprit leaves this as the only assignment where the culprit's statement is false and all four innocent statements are true.
