Max: “The guilty person is one of Max, Ezra or Cleo.”
Lily: “None of Sofia, Max or Cleo is guilty.”
Ezra: “Neither Lily nor Ezra is guilty.”
Cleo: “The guilty person is one of Sofia, Ezra or Cleo.”
Random case Solution: Ezra is guilty. Testing each possible culprit leaves this as the only assignment where the culprit's statement is false and all four innocent statements are true.
